Должностные обязанности
Position description including but not limited to:
Bank payments to domestic and international vendors.
Bank statement accounting (for all incoming/outgoing payments) in Oracle and 1C.
Maintenance of Vendors’ information in A/P module in Oracle and in 1C (Payroll+ERP)
Garnishment - Execution according to the writ of execution
Reconciliation for Bank accounts.
Cash Flow preparation (incl. Daily/Weekly Cash report).
Participation in Corporate reporting.
Participation in the budget preparation.
Performance of Internal control procedures on the Bank payments, Cash and Order Payments areas, SOX compliance.
Ad hoc reports on request from Finance Manager, Company’s management, Corporate Finance Department.

Skills required:
University Diploma in accounting
Minimum 1.5 year’ practical technical/functional experience.
Good command of English language
Proven experience of handling vendor /customer invoices and payments (including non-residents)
Proven experience of accounting
Excellent customer services skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Able to handle a number of different tasks, prioritizing
Quick decision maker
Organizational and planning skills
