Launching Retail Clothing Stores — Recruitment of 50+ Employees Within a Tight Deadline

The Business Task

A major Swedish clothing retailer (manufacturing + retail) entered the Belarusian market. They entrusted us with the core task: staffing their new stores from scratch. The goal was not simply "to find people" but to build a team that truly lives the brand's values from day one.

The Challenges We Faced

  • Extremely tight deadlines. We needed to hire more than 50 qualified employees in a very short period. This was not mass recruitment — they required sales associates, administrators, and cashiers who genuinely understood the company's mission.
  • Double pressure. A competing provider was working in parallel. The client compared speed, quality, and approach in real time.
  • Corporate culture as a strict filter. Not every candidate fit the values of the Swedish brand — from their attitude toward customers to their attention to detail and sense of responsibility.

Our Solution

We built a structured recruitment funnel to control every stage: application → phone screening → assessment center → offer.
Our team quickly reached out to candidates, filtering out random applicants and inviting the most promising ones for in-person evaluation.
Full integration into the client's assessment center. Our coordinators managed everything — logistics, scheduling, feedback collection. The client did not have to assign any of their own HR resources to the process.
At the assessment center, we selected those who truly aligned with the brand's values. The atmosphere was reinforced with branded gifts from the client — a small touch, but candidates left with a positive impression.

The Results You Can Expect

  • All vacancies were filled within the agreed deadline.
  • We outperformed the competitor through our speed and embedded process coordination — from the initial request to the final offer.
  • The client thanked us for the professionalism of the team and provided positive feedback.
